​Sylvia is devoted to fighting for people who cannot fight for themselves.  She is gifted in simplifying complex legal issues.  She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1997. 

​

Sylvia went from organizing workers to advocating legal positions.  She started her legal career in the area of criminal defense in 1999 and worked in StateCourt for six years beginning in 2005 dealing with various criminal and civil cases.  

A resident of Cobb County, MaryAnn received her Bachelors degree from Armstrong Atlanta State University and her law degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School.  She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2011 and is admitted to practice  in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the  Georgia Supreme Court.

She is a parishioner at Saint Peter Chanel Catholic Church in Roswell.
